Our company , VISHWAKARMA ENTERPRISES, ISO 9001:2008 Certify Company. done below work due to the Restoration & Structural Repair work of ADVAIT ASHRAMA,MAYAVATI,UTTARAKHAND, Comprehensive Exterior repairs , restoration venture which included conservation of buildings and energy. The conservation approach adopted by the architects was holistic in nature as it included restoration of the built mass, adaptive reuse of the underutilized structures and conservation of natural resources like water and energy. The guiding approach throughout the restoration process was to retain all the parts of the building which were in good condition and specify materials as close as possible to the original for the damaged onesAdvaita Ashrama, Mayavati, Uttarakhand, India was started in 1899 by Swami Vivekananda through his English disciples Captain and Mrs Sevier. This ashrama is a branch of Ramakrishna Math,Belur Math, West Bengal founded by Swami Vivekananda in 1897. The Advaita Ashrama runs a hospital serving underprivileged patients of the local areas within the radius of 100 kms.The Prabuddha Bharata building is to be used as a bookshop cum library on the ground floor and a post office, conference room, and rest area for visiting guests on the first floor. The two cottages of Mother Sevier and Captain Sevier are proposed to be used as residential quarters for the guests of the ashrama.

The conservation will be done in three phases as givenbelow:

Phase I: Main Ashrama Building.

Phase II: Prabuddha Bharata Building.

Phase III: Captain Sevier’s Cottage Mother Sevier’s Cottage structural repair and refurbishing.
